Ali Malek (b. 1974 Tehran, Iran) is a self-taught multi-media artist who has focused on painting and sculpture media with a narrative expression and an approach towards the general audience. Attention to details, deliberate roughness and rawness, black humor, and inspiration from the art of the past are the key elements and common features of his wide range of artworks. In a world where he is in the quest to discover it regardless of the subjects, under the influence of momentary feelings towards a phenomenon, he is trying to create artworks without titles or references that are the narrators of the stories themselves.
